Thank you for visiting triforhope.org! Tri for Hope is an Ironman length triathlon that Jon Turner will be participating in. By participating in the triathlon, Jon hopes to raise money for the Hope Network to thank them for saving his and his spouse’s life.

• Fifth Third River Bank Run 25K
  
  The 34th Annual Fifth Third River Bank Run will take place in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Saturday, May 14, 2011. Featuring the largest 25K road race in the country, the event is also the USA 25 km Open Championships.
  
  
• Sunburst Marathon
  
  This martathon will be held June 4, 2011 in South Bend Indiana. This marathon starts at the college hall of fame and finishes at the Notre Dame football field.

 On February 21st, 2009 my wife and I were involved in a near fatal car accident. We both received extensive injuries and would require months of therapy just to get back to a semi-normal life. Although I received many injuries, I was not hurt nearly as bad as my wife. My wife sustained a traumatic brain injury and was not expected to recover. The Hope Network therapists helped create a miracle recovery, and for this I want to help the Hope Network as much as they helped me.
